how i work:
PRIMARY OFFERING: FOUR 1:1 SESSIONS/MONTH
In this monthly subscription model, I meet with you 4 times per month (ideally weekly!)
This package includes three sessions at 30mins long, with one 1-hour long session for deeper dives and assessments from month-to-month.
This is a great fit for new clients — or returning clients who want to focus on different issues, adjustments, or situations.
Offered on a sliding scale — reach out for more information!
No means testing/proof of income required (I trust you to make the right call for you!)
2. BIWEEKLY OFFERING: TWO 1:1 1-HOUR SESSIONS/ MONTH
In this monthly subscription model, I meet with you twice a month for two 1-hour sessions.
This is a great fit for existing or returning clients who feel comfortable with their practice or progress, and feel they need less frequent check-ins to stay on track.
I strongly encourage new clients to consider the primary offering over this — meeting bimonthly can produce results, but it is generally a much slower process.

3. SINGLE SESSION OFFERING: ONE 1-HOUR SESSION
Got a specific issue plaguing you? Want to workshop some strategies on-the-fly? I can’t promise to transform your life in one hour, but we can definitely scratch the surface and get you set up to keep moving.
Sliding Scale: $150-250 for a one-off session; pay what you can.
OR
$100 flat fee for an initial consult to get set up to learn more about monthly offerings — this will be discounted from your first month of working with me if we move forward together!
