Hey, I’m Jet! Long time ADHD-haver, big believer in community, frustrated with the options available to those of us who experience ADHD or executive dysfunction.

I started coaching in 2022, as a means to help my fellow travelers make sense of their seemingly-endless chaotic wheels of life.

Rooted in Buddhist practice, a healthy sense of skepticism, and an eye for the pragmatic — my coaching model works to help you understand where you are in your life and get you to where you want to be.
